Daylily Preschool is a place where children learn reading, art, math, science, and social skills in a safe, nurturing environment.  Children are actively involved in small group learning centers and instruction on a daily basis.  Monthly thematic units lead children to discover new concepts about the world around them. Children learn to share and to get along in a fun, friendly, learning atmosphere.

Children are provided an engaging learning environment in which to grow.  The six to one child to teacher ratio provides the children with small group instruction.  A reading specialist is able to individualize the children's lessons and activities.

 

The goal is to enable children to become life long learners.  Children are encouraged to create original works of art and to be investigative thinkers.  The program is designed to prepare children socially, physically, and cognitively for kindergarten.
